Lethu Textiles maintains a 7 day, no-questions-asked, return and refund policy for clothing items (NOT FABRICS) provided that the product is in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and swing tags intact. Refunds do not apply to items that have been altered or custom-made to suit the customer’s requests before or after being purchased. Refunds on clothing item are only processed within 14 working days of receipt of returned goods and/or request for refund; the process for refunds and cancellations must be strictly followed The client will be responsible for shipping the goods back to Lethu Textiles or dropping them off at store location in Pretoria.
